The decor needs a complete overhaul!!! Rooms lacked proper ventilation, resulting in a humid, uncomfortable atmosphere. Management should ensure a solid soundproof solution as outside noise disrupted my relaxation time.

the accommodation was clean, the room was incredibly comfortable. the location was comfortable and marvellous - within short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. before bed we went to restaurante mare monti for a nightcap, it's just close to the hotel.

I had a such great stay here and would definitely go again. The hotel was fairly clean and the staff were friendly.

I arranged a bus back to Santa Marta, I paid a bit extra so the bus would pick us up from the hotel. Due to the miss Colombia happening that same day the roads were blocked so we had to go by taxi somewhere else where the bus could pick us up. It really annoyed me the lack of help from the staff . They put me in a taxi telling me that the bus driver would refund part of what I paid as they didn't pick us up from the hotel... Surprise surprise... Bus driver didn't know anything about the refund!! I didn't care about that but how little help we got from the hotel once we paid the bill

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bocagrande! The staff is attentive. Breakfast was a delight, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious meals that are cheaper and fresher than nearby options. Definitely a hotel worth trying out!

So, I got an email saying I needed to pay in advance through an awkward external link, which messed with my holiday vibe. The place could really step it up with the furnishings and breakfast options.

The Superior Double Room was decent but a bit cramped for my liking. The bed was comfy, a plus for my solo trip. The rooftop terrace with jacuzzis was a nice touch for unwinding after a day out. The noise from outside made it harder to relax at times. It was a mixed experience with the room.

The room felt cramped for three people, and the lack of ventilation made it uncomfortably humid at times. WiFi connectivity was spotty. The fresh bread rolls at breakfast were a good touch.
